Layer3 Currently recruiting for SERVICE DELIVERY ENGINEER.
The Job:
• The principle role of the service delivery engineer is to manage the performance of agreed services to clients and ensure service levels are achieved and maintained at all times.
• As a service delivery engineer, you must be able to optimize the utilization of service resources by providing technical support (which may include where necessary, field demonstrations) via effective planning and as well manage the after-sales service with accompanying TQM (total quality management) standards and procedures.
• The service delivery engineer continually monitors the performance of the after-sales team and adjusts action plans to achieve targets and growth.
• You will work closely with your colleagues in customer service, marketing/sales, business development as well as management/directors to develop customer specific service solutions.
• This role is perfect for a friendly and detail orientated person who takes pride in his/her work.
