JOB PURPOSE: To be the liaison between the employee tenants and the contractors/landlords to furnish, manage, and maintain the apartments. This also includes communicating and helping to implement security/safety needs and policies.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supplying furnishings for apartments. Either purchasing items directly or working with a vendor to coordinate furnishing requirements and delivery.
- Providing keys, information, and assistance to occupants at time of move in.
- Taking complaints and work orders from the tenants or the Work Order Spreadsheet and communicating those to the landlord or appropriate contractor for service.
- Following up on work requests and seeing that they are completed to satisfaction. This also includes maintaining records of the status of work orders (i.e. updating the status on the Work Order Spreadsheet).
- Assisting in carrying out security/safety recommendations and requirements.
- Keeping tenant information (location, mobile phone, steward, etc.) up to date and complete.
- Helping gain access to the flats and supervising work contractors and maintenance/service providers on site.
- Taking inventory of the each flat before a tenant moves in and purchasing necessary replacement items.
- Ensuring receipts and/or signatures are provided for documentation of payment to laborers when necessary.
- Generally making sure the apartments are in good repair and constantly liaising with occupants.
Requirements
